Guangqi is a valve manufacturer and exporter registered in Jinan, Shandong, China, with its production base in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China's valve manufacturing cluster. We develop, produce and export ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves and check valves, with pneumatic and electric actuators and accessories, for oil and gas, water treatment, chemical, HVAC, power and general industrial projects.
Our range covers DN15 to DN1200 and pressure ratings from PN10 to PN320 / Class 150 to Class 900, in WCB carbon steel, CF8 (304), CF3 (304L), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L), chrome-molybdenum and alloy steels, ductile iron and brass, with manual, pneumatic or electric operation. Standards covered include GB, HG, API 600, API 603, ASME B16.34, BS 1873, BS 1868, ANSI, DIN and JIS.
We work with established valve foundries and machining plants under our own quality plan, and take responsibility for the specification, the quality and the delivery date. Every order is reviewed against the customer drawing before production, and every valve is pressure tested before shipment.

Quality control through the whole order
Incoming material inspection, dimensional checks during machining and assembly inspection, with shell and seat pressure testing of every finished valve. Test reports and material certificates ship with the goods.
Export documents and packing
Packing lists, commercial invoices, material certificates, pressure test reports and certificates of origin (CO / Form A / Form E) are provided as required. Valves are packed in reinforced wooden cases or on pallets, with shipping marks and labels made to your instructions.
Controlled lead time with visible progress
Standard orders ship in 7 to 15 days and urgent orders are scheduled first. One coordinator follows your order and sends progress updates with photos at scheduling, pressure testing, packing and shipment.

Warranty
12 months from the date of delivery. A failure caused by a defect in our product is repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
Response to quality claims
We reply within 24 hours of receiving your report and provide a root-cause analysis, a temporary measure and a final solution within 3 working days.
Replacement and returns
Where the problem is on our side, including quality defects, wrong or short shipment, and transport damage caused by inadequate packing, we replace the goods or refund them free of charge and cover the freight.
Technical support and installation guidance
Illustrated and video guidance for installation, commissioning, operation and routine maintenance. For packaged equipment and large projects an engineer can support remotely and travel to site when necessary.
Long-term spare parts supply
Seats, seals, packing, stems, handles, actuator parts, solenoid valves and limit switch boxes remain available. Spare parts for a discontinued model are supplied for at least 5 years.
Technical documents
Packing list, certificate of conformity, pressure test report and material certificate ship with the goods. Drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and third-party inspection reports are provided on request.
Follow-up after delivery
We contact you within 30 days of delivery to confirm installation and operation and to collect any problems or suggestions.

Online training on product knowledge, valve selection and troubleshooting for distributors and end users.
Complaint channels
